paper cone 3 results just in: it was sick

I couldn’t have dreamed it better. Well, I guess I could have. In my dream, after the performances, we would have knocked down a wall at Jack’s with giant hammers and remodeled the whole place (to some montage-y music of course, maybe some motown?) and then had a huge dance party on top of all the rubble.

But let’s face it, that just ain’t gonna happen. (At least not until Paper Cone 17: A Night of Questionable Rubble.) So, aside from the lack of a post-reading dance party, let me just say, this night was amazing. Thank you thank you thank you to all our readers. You were all hilarious and brilliant and perfect. And thank you for never saying, “I’ve played at venues three times this size!” which was my biggest fear. Everyone was just so nice. And the crowd was so friendly and mimosa-ed up.
